Our log slice mosaics can be hung in any room of your home: above your bed, on a chimney breast over a fireplace (away from heat), above your sofa, or in your office as a token of your affection. 

At 60cm (approximately) wide, this Mosaic is made by hand - by Keith - in our workshops, using log slices of various thicknesses to create an architectural or sculptural effect that will cast interesting shadows on your wall. You can enhance this by angling up- or down-lights over your artwork.

Our timber is locally sourced from the The Forest of Dean woodlands that surround our workshops. The logs are *fully* dried and cleaned, before being hand finished and securely bonded to a 9mm thick FSC Certified hardwood ply board. No chemicals are used in our work.

The colouring of the wood slices is down to the natural colouring of the tree trunk that the timber is cut from. The backing ply board is also natural in colour.

A hanging hook is situated on the back of the artwork - the keyhole is 'centred' according to the weight distribution of the item, positioned to ensure that the artwork hangs level on your flat wall.
