DELIVERY CHARGES:
Delivery charges vary according to total order values, as follows:
We aim to dispatch standard Natural Decorative Log and Log Wall Tile orders within 2-10 working days (sooner if at all possible). Large volume orders may take longer - we can advise on expected lead times if you would like to contact us.
Products that are made to order (custom orders / Colour Mix palettes, Log Wall Art Mosaics, Cattle Skulls and Gilded Logs, for example) usually take a little longer than our Natural Logs and Log Wall Tiles to complete.
Be assured that all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. The majority of parcels will be dispatched via our (Monday - Friday) Next Day DPDLocal courier service; a signature is sometimes required upon delivery.
Smaller orders (some Skulls / single bundles of Log Tiles for example) may be dispatched via Royal Mail, or via a 'packet' courier service - we will contact you to advise when your order has been posted.
We will contact you with tracking information once completed.
When you place your order, if possible please leave details of a safe place that your parcel can be left ('in bin/refuse bin/behind the bins' is NOT acceptable with our couriers) - there is a text box during checkout for you to do so. Please also include a contact mobile number too, in order for the courier to contact you easily regarding your delivery if need be. If you include a contact mobile number with your address details, the courier will be able to text you on the morning of your delivery with an ETA.
Sadly, we are no longer able to dispatch to Northern Ireland. Deliveries are to England, Scotland and Wales mainland addresses only.
*Large volume orders often take longer to process and dispatch. If your order is in excess of 10 bundles, do contact us for advice - we will do our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Once orders have been dispatched, we cannot be responsible for any delays with the couriers, so please order as early as you can! Thank you.
